How to Log In to Neo X Club

• Visit the official Neo X Club website or open the app on your device. 

• Click the Login button at the top right of the homepage. 

• Enter your registered email address or phone number. 

• Enter your password. 

• If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the OTP sent to your phone or email. 

• Click LogIn. You will be taken directly to your account dashboard.

Your session will remain active until you log out or your session times out due to inactivity. Download On the mobile app, you can enable biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) for faster, one-tap access.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot complete your Neo X Club login because you have forgotten your password

• Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. 

• Enter your registered email address or phone number. 

• The platform will send a password reset link or OTP to your contact details. 

• Follow the link or enter the OTP to create a new password.

• Use your new password to complete your next login.

If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number associated with your account, contact customer support via Live Chat or Telegram for identity-verified account recovery.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

The platform strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. 2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password each time you log in.

To enable 2FA: Log in, go to Account Settings, find the Security section, and follow the setup instructions. You can use SMS-based OTP or an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.

With 2FA active, even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your Neo X Club account without also having your phone.

Login Issues — Troubleshooting

Incorrect password: Use the Forgot Password function to reset. Ensure Caps Lock is not active when typing your password.

Account locked: After a certain number of failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock immediately.

VPN required: If you are in Kazakhstan and experience connection issues, enable a VPN and attempt the login again. Choose a VPN server in a nearby supported country such as Russia, Germany, or Cyprus.

Two-factor code not arriving: Check that your phone has a signal and your number is entered correctly in your account settings. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a new one if needed.

Account suspended: If you believe your account has been incorrectly suspended, contact customer support via Live Chat or Telegram with your registered username and account email.

Security Tips

• Use a unique password that you do not use anywhere else. A password manager can help you generate and store complex passwords securely.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be a staff member. Its representatives will never ask for your password.

• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

• Enable 2FA immediately after registration — it takes less than two minutes and significantly increases your account security.

• Monitor your account transaction history regularly. If you notice any activity you did not initiate, change your password immediately and contact support.
